I wrote this quickly whilst waiting for Peter at the Traffic Department last night where he was renewing his Bahrain
Your are the Shepherd Lord
We are the helpless sheep of Your pasture (Psalm 23)
Loved by You
Nurtured by You
Nourished by You
Snares from thorns embedded in our sides
(Numbers 33:55, Joshua 23.13 and Judges 2:3
"thorns in your sides” figure of speech refers to Israel
Plucked out by the roots and healed by YOU. (Jude 1:12)
These are hidden reefs (elements of danger) in your love feasts where they boldly feast sumptuously (carousing to gether in your midst) without scruples providing for themselves (alone). They are clouds without water, swept along by winds ; trees without FRUIT at the late autumn gathering time - twice (doubly) dead, lifeless and PLUCKED UP BY THE ROOTS - read on people to the end - to chapter 25 - God is clearly speaking here!!!!)
Danger from hungry wolves is averted by You ......(Acts 20:28-29) (Matthew 7:15)
Serpents that lay quietly hidden preying on unsuspecting lambs...... (Numbers 21: 4-9)
Are revealed and DESTROYED by Your righteous, WRATH ...... (FIRE - Psalm 50:3 -4) and firm MIGHTY right HAND .....(John 3:14)
The sheep who have hunger in their bellies will see ME ....... (Psalm 42:1)
And WILL be found by ME! (Jeremiah 29:13)
I KNOW My sheep and they KNOW my VOICE!..... (John 10:27)
My loving arm is never too short to reach out ......(Isaiah 59:1)
"Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear."
To find the sheep that have strayed too far ....... (Luke 15 : 3-5)
To scoop them up tenderly and keep them secure ....... (John 10: 28-30)
Until My sheep who HEAR my voice KNOW the direction they must go........... (John 10)
My LOVING arms without measure will keep YOU safe forevermore ......... (Deut 33:27) "the eternal God is your REFUGE and dwelling place and underneath are the EVERLASTING ARMS ; He drove out the enemy before you and THRUST them out SAYING DESTROY!!!!!!!!!!
IF............. you CHOOSE to FOLLOW ME! ......... (Luke 18:22)
"My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them ETERNAL LIFE, and they shall NEVER perish; NO ONE can snatch them out of My HAND. My Father, who has GIVEN them to me, is GREATER than all, NO ONE can snatch them out of My Father's HAND. I and my Father are ONE!!!!" (John.10:27-30).
