TO READ THAT ANY OTHER WAY REQUIRES SCRIPTURAL GYMNASTICS AND TWISTING; INDEED HE WARNS THE GENTILES AGAINST PRIDE AND THINKING WE'RE SOMEHOW EXTRA SPECIAL! AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY IS: PRIDE AND ARROGANCE ; SO PLEASE CHURCH; END THIS BIAS, HATEFUL DIVISIVE THEOLOGY NOW! AWESOME SITE for Messianic Teachings that line up with God's Word, I listen to the podcast with Dr. Gary Hedrick, but I noticed when I went to the site that there are other teachers, probably if you listen to the podcast off of their site maybe? I download off I-tunes and it downloaded with Dr. Hedrick who I like. A whole series on CD is 6.00, pretty decent; These are truths that NEED TO BE SHARED FRIENDS! ISRAEL HAS NOT BEEN REJECTED BY GOD! PROVEN BY SCRIPTURE AND PAUL IN ROMANS 9-11. WE are the WILD OLIVE BRANCHES grafted into the NATURAL SUSTAINING ROOT of Israel, indeed Paul warns the church NOT to be proud and consider itself somehow "more special" or "more blessed than Israel" lest we be REMOVED from the TREE! NOTE TO "REPLACEMENT THEOLOGIANS! "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble"-James 4:6 Who are you to re-write God's prophetic word and "decide" that it means God has replaced His firstborn with you??? God is NOT a man that He would lie; IF He could be untrue to Israel, THEN where would our security be? We Don't HAVE TO WORRY BECAUSE GOD DOES NOT BREAK COVENANT WITH HIS PEOPLE. They were hardened for a "specific time, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled." so that WE could be BROUGHT IN in the FIRST PLACE so we owe them our allegiance; Israel has a coming day of Restoration and salvation that has been God's plan all along because Yeshua IS meant to be the Savior for All WHO WILL COME, to the JEW first, and Then the Greek, see Zech 12:10-13:1 for the beautiful description of their salvation and cleansing from all of their sin. "They will look on ME, on Him whom they pierced, they shall mourn for Him as one mourns for an only child, and weep bitterly over Him, as one weeps over a firstborn....."Zech 12:10b read on for it is pure beauty, mercy, grace, compassion; all that HE IS which is EXACTLY WHY He WOULD NOT REPLACE THEM.....EVER.
It's time to lay that hateful, arrogant, man-made doctrine down, repent of our pride and ask for God's forgiveness AND ISRAEL'S. They've been persecuted long enough, they should have us by their side NOT ON THEIR ENEMIES SIDE! And THEN we should join ranks with ALL of our AWESOME Messianic Brothers and Sisters out there and stand as one church united in Christ's Love. I thank my Messianic Brother and author, Michael Brown for opening my eyes in his book "Our Hands Are Stained With Blood," for showing me how the Replacement Theology is just as hateful as so many persecutions by the church in the past to put blame where it does not belong and to de-legitimize a people who still are, in every way, God's firstborn, God's chosen, not because they were the largest group on earth so many thousands of years ago, but because He CHOSE to LOVE them and to put His seal on them FOREVER. And when God says FOREVER, THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HE MEANS.
And the ONLY place "Replacement Theology" could have been birthed from would have been one)the enemies plan since he's been trying to destroy them any way he can for centuries and 2)hidden bias and hatred for Israel or the Jews themselves and of course pride and arrogance, man thinking he knows better than God, so he changes the whole meaning of God's Word. Jesus had THIS to say about THAT, "This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; in vain do they worship me, teaching AS DOCTRINES THE COMMANDMENTS OF MEN." -Matt 14:8-9 I think that's pretty applicable here. Repent for The Kingdom of God is at hand! Indeed!
