I have looked upon your sweet, sweet face
Sweeter than honey was the taste
I can feel You inside of me
Your voice calming my anxious heart
Your very breath is mine
Your words define…me
You are…what is and what is to be
Come and dance with me beloved
Hold me close to You…
Lion and Lamb
The Great I AM’
Beauty untold…just let me hold…You
I know I am so deeply loved
I fall before You on my face
All shame and fear forever erased
It’s as if I have strayed into a dream
Where the beauty of Eden has been restored…
Only it’s not a dream and there’s so much more
For I stand with You surrounded by a love song coming from Your lips…
Like a sweet soft kiss…pure bliss
My beloved King…for You I will sing
Because You took me by the hand and You have chosen me
To be Yours alone…
And I sing because I am home with You
Joy fills my soul when I look at You, into Your eyes of love
Precious One with eternal scars; so that we never forget what You did
On our behalf and just who You are
Your grace pours over me like new wine
And I dance because I am Yours and You are mine…Savior so divine
Oh yeah…I am Yours and You are mine…

There is a story behind every poem. This follows along my own spiritual joiurney as I GROW in my faith,and in so doing, come to know my Jesus better, to treasure time spent with Him, not as some spiritual "duty" to be checked off of my "Todo" list, but as a time and moments to be treasured above all, looking forward to the great marriage supper and to really LOOK at my Jesus, my bridegroom; will He REALLY have room to sit and talk with only me? Will ALL the dreams I have for me and Jesus REALLY come true? Or will He be too busy, No, NO, away from me Satan's lies! The LORD rebuke you! Be off to the lake of fire, your awaited doom! I've only room for my beloved!And that He is to me!
